This book is "the word" on the reasons procedures are needed and how to best develop and maintain them. Anyone responsible for procedures needs this little reference book with them at all times.

A must-read for both Technical & Training Dept. personnel. Any manager or supervisor who begrudges the cost/time required to develop & train on procedures would benefit by reading this book. This book clearly delineates the difference between technical writing & proper procedure development. The Index in the Kindle edition should have had hyperlinks and not be a mere list of terms.
